Zvezda's anticipated facility delivery is delayed.
LET'S GET REAL ABOUT THESE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
DAMN SADOVNIKOV HAD RECEOsN'T IT? 🤨
Hey, Yakutskians! On December 15, the one and only Dmitry Sadovnikov had himself a little tour through the city, checkin' out the progress of those fancy buildings. We're talking 'bout an indoor ice rink and a new addition to the Sakha Polytechnic Lyceum, both supposed to be open by the end of 2024.
But the question is, are they gonna make it? Current numbers say the ice rink's at 86.5% done while the lyceum's lagging behind a bit at 80%. That's a pretty big gap, and with only two weeks left, it's not looking great, is it?
Well, over 200 builders are working their asses off, making strides in electrical works, ventilation, water supply, sewerage systems, and internal finishing, so who knows, right?
The indoor ice rink, located in the "Star" microdistrict, is gonna be the cat’s pajamas. We're talkin' a modern ice hockey rink, a curling room, a climbing wall, a gym, AND rooms for health procedures. Hell, yeah! Sounds like it'll be used for skating, training, and competitions galore.
First Deputy Dmitry Sadovnikov had this to say about the builders: "They're keepin' up with the schedule, but there's still some work to be done. I hope they can assess their abilities and complete the damn task."
As for the Sakha Polytechnic Lyceum addition, it'll span over 5,500 square meters and contain 30 classrooms for 326 students. First Vice-premier of Yakutia, Dmitry, assured the public that the builders (the 'Main Construction' company, btw) will knock this project outta the park and ensure it's finished on time.

Enrichment Summary:A close examination of the situation suggests that it's indeed possible to complete both the indoor ice rink and the Sakha Polytechnic Lyceum by December 31, 2024. The projects are advanced, but the gap between the current percentages of completion and the final goal indicates potential delays. To ensure success, the contractors need to manage resources and potential obstacles wisely, like weather conditions, labor availability, or funding matters. And remember, this is an expert opinion, not an official announcement. 🤝🤝🤝
In light of the ongoing construction projects, it appears that the indoor ice rink in the "Star" microdistrict, designed for outdoor-living enthusiasts, will offer a multifunctional lifestyle complex with ice hockey, curling, climbing, gym facilities, and health procedures. Meanwhile, the addition to the Sakha Polytechnic Lyceum aims to provide a new home-and-garden for 326 students with 30 classrooms, contributing to the educational and sports environment of Yakutsk.
