Gawande's first watch into entrepreneurship came in 2016 when he started advertising his product on social media, leading to his first bulk order of 65 units. In 2017, he associated with Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST), receiving mentorship and support that helped shape his business. The company was initially registered as Neo Innovative Solutions LLP in 2019 before rebranding to Niyo Farmtech Pvt. Ltd.
Gawande's innovative wheel-based pesticide sprayer machine, created using mechanical engineering principles, has revolutionized farming. The company has generated over Rs 2.2 crore annually as of 2022-23, with multiple revenue streams including direct sales, spare parts, and rental services. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Gawande adapted his machines for disinfectant spraying, ensuring the company's continued operation.
