The groundbreaking ceremony for Westgate took place in the Feelds business park. Minerva Immobilien GmbH is developing the garage, with AIF Management GmbH acting as asset manager and Goldbeck Parking Services GmbH as future operator. The garage is on track for completion, with an energy-efficient system construction designed for long-term resource savings.
Westgate will offer 668 parking spaces and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. It will also feature an amphibian protection system and sustainable drainage. The garage aims to connect a central location with sustainable construction and modern equipment.
