To promote eco-friendly transportation and reduce traffic congestion, work on a new cycle expressway (RS5) has already commenced, with construction on the second phase set to begin shortly. The cycle expressway will enhance connectivity between Neuss, Düsseldorf, and Langenfeld, contributing to the broader mobility transition.
"Green Heart - Bürgerpark Neuss e.V.," a community association dedicated to the park's development, has been instrumental in bringing the project to life.
