The 19-year-old suspect has been charged, and the victim, who fell from the sixth floor, is currently under investigation by the authorities.

Despite this unfortunate incident, the Elphi-Plaza continues to be a popular destination, inviting visitors to experience its architectural splendor and panoramic views.
