Getting Out of Our Comfort Zones: A Role Swap Workshop Revolutionizes Client Presentations

On March 26th, our innovative workshop took an exciting twist. Dubbed the Role Swap Experiment, we encouraged 30 daring team members to try new hats, shaking up the way we craft and present client pitches.

Led by industry veterans Karolina Pospischil, Brand and Strategy Director, and Magdalena Rymarczuk, Senior Brand Strategist, the online event divided participants into six diverse teams, each consisting of individuals from various roles. Their mission was simple: to revamp client presentations, making them more engaging and effective, through fresh role-swapping insights. The teams freshly explored concepts such as storytelling, key visuals, audio branding, animation, and interactivity.

Before the event, participants could seek guidance from expert mentors. During the session itself, three jurors dropped by virtual team rooms to scrutinize the evolving ideas. The result was a showcase that epitomized creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving under pressure.

Let's highlight some remarkable moments:

  • Team 1 was applauded for their exceptional teamwork and riveting storyline.
  • Team 2 dazzled with ingenious, personalized solutions.
  • Team 3 shone for their unified concept and resilience.
  • Team 4 - see-sawing victorious, charmed the jury with a well-crafted, theatrically presented solution.
  • Team 5 received accolades for their strategic acumen and magnificent copywriting.
  • Team 6 delivered a harmonious blend of storytelling and user-friendly design.

Apart from team honors, Joanna Trela, Agnieszka Marek, and Sylwia Bartkowska stood out, receiving the title of Role Swap Champions.

This intriguing experience enriched team members' understanding of one another's roles, offering priceless insights that will propel future client presentations at our company.

Stay tuned for more creative escapades on the horizon!
