Seeking information about shared living arrangements in Mocht

The University Town of Marburg invites you to an informative event on Thursday, September 25th, at 7 pm, in the multi-purpose hall in Moischt, Eulenkopfstraße 55. This event aims to provide more insights into the community living project currently under consideration at a farmstead in Moischt.

The farmstead offers smaller apartments with shared use of spaces, promoting social interaction among its residents. It is seeking older couples and singles whose children have moved out, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to downsize and join a vibrant community.

Jürgen Rausch, the managing director of GeWoBau-Marburg, and Dr. Michael Kopatz, the construction councilor, will present initial ideas for the conversion of the existing farmstead. They will be joined by Antje Riedel, an architect and project developer specialising in the revitalisation of old farms.

Antje Riedel will illustrate the creation of high-quality living space in formerly agriculturally used buildings. She will present two successful projects she has implemented: a cooperative project in Bad Homburg and a residential project in Coburg currently in implementation. Notably, Antje Riedel will not be presenting any advertisements during her presentation.

Subscribing to the newsletter of the University Town of Marburg provides access to important information directly to your email inbox. By doing so, you can stay updated on events like this and other significant happenings in the town hall and city life.

The event is organised by the University Town of Marburg and is open to all who are interested in community living. If you are interested in developing and implementing this project with the help of an architect, the farmstead in Moischt welcomes you to attend.
