Over 181 thousand individuals graced the Freiburg Spring Fair 2025 occasion.

After an eleven-day run, the Freiburg Spring Fair 2025 concluded on Monday, May 26th. The traditional folk festival, held on the grounds of Freiburg's exhibition center, welcomed a total of 181,000 visitors throughout its duration. The fair experienced peak attendance on its opening day (May 16th) with 21,000 visitors and on Sunday, May 18th, with 27,500 visitors.
For this year's event, a total of 111 showmen and market stalls breathed life into the festivities. The Fair offered a diverse array of attractions, including classic fairground rides, international culinary delights, arts and crafts, and interactive activities for all ages. An online interactive overview map was made available to provide information about the entire program.
Comparatively, the Autumn Fair 2024 attracted approximately 210,000 guests. Organizers attributed the slight decrease in this year's attendance to several rainy days during the week.
Reflecting on the Spring Fair 2025, Jens Mohrmann, Managing Director of Freiburg Wirtschaft Touristik und Messe GmbH & Co. KG (FWTM), stated, "The Spring Fair 2025 has once again demonstrated the immense value that traditional folk festivals hold for Freiburg and the region. Despite the varying weather conditions, we have managed to capture the interest of many people yet again."
