A woman from Hamburg even offered to create a new version of 'Mini' using a photo, while another lady from Cologne proposed sharing one of her teddy bears from her collection as a replacement. Nevertheless, these kind offers wouldn't quite fill the void left by Erlenbauer's original 'Mini.'
'Mini' might not have been lost but rather stolen. During a dinner date with an actress on June 3 at a restaurant on Unter den Linden, Erlenbauer and his partner briefly left their belongings unattended, and the thieves took advantage of the moment.
To gain help in locating this precious teddy bear, a ¥1000 (1,000 Euro) reward has been posted on the city's wanted posters, with the promise that the reward will be given if the bear is returned unharmed.
