New Core Workout by James Stirling Boosts Posture & Reduces Back Pain
A new news core training session, designed by James Stirling, has been introduced to improve posture, boost balance, and reduce back pain. The workout uses a single dumbbell, with a 22lb/10kg weight recommended, but beginners can start lighter or without weight.
The routine consists of five new moves, each performed for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. It's advised to warm up and practice technique before starting. To enhance effectiveness, focus on squeezing the core and maintaining a strong mind-muscle connection. For variety, alternative ways to train abs, such as ab rollers, can be incorporated.
The workout is designed to be challenging yet achievable, with progressive overload suggested as strength improves. For an extra challenge, the workout can be repeated, with five rounds suggested for a 25-minute workout.
