Nationwide Flag Display: A Proud Indian Campaign Uniting the Nation through a Selfie
The Ministry of Culture has launched the fourth edition of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign for India's upcoming 79th Independence Day. This initiative, which is part of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, encourages all Indian citizens to participate and show their love for the nation.
Registering for the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign
To take part in the campaign, citizens are required to register by providing their name, mobile number, and other details. The online process to participate is simple and straightforward. Upon registration completion, participants can download a PDF certificate as an official digital memento of their contribution.
Hoisting the Indian Flag
The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign is not limited to homes but encourages hoisting the Indian flag at workplaces, schools, colleges, and any other place. Citizens are requested to hoist the flag and share their experiences by uploading a selfie after hoisting the flag at the official site.
The 'Selfie with Tiranga' Contest
Participating citizens can also enter the 'Selfie with Tiranga' contest. To win, you should take a clear, creative, and patriotic selfie with the Indian national flag, then upload it on the official campaign portal https://harghartiranga.com/selfie before the deadline, which is typically August 15th.
To increase your chances of winning, ensure the National Flag is clearly visible and displayed with respect and dignity in the selfie. Capture the spirit of patriotism and unity in your photograph, possibly incorporating symbols or expressions that embody the "Spirit of Independence." Creativity and authenticity often help entries stand out in such contests.
Awards and Recognition
Selected best entries may be featured on official social media pages, and participants receive a digital certificate and optional e-card acknowledging their contribution. The certificate received upon registration in the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign will be recognized as an official digital memento by the Ministry.
Sharing the Campaign
After participating, citizens are encouraged to share the downloaded certificate on social media platforms to encourage others to join the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. In addition to the certificate, participants will receive an official Har Ghar Tiranga e-card for their participation.
The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign runs from 2 August to 15 August, so don't miss out on this opportunity to express your love for the nation. Join the campaign today and help make India shine with the Tricolour!
