- Jonathan, our editor, sets the editorial strategy and ensures high editorial standards. He joined the team in 2022 after covering health and fitness with Coach since 2016. Prior to that, he worked at Time Out since 2008. Jonathan is into running and advocates for active travel, as he commutes by bike.
- Ruth, our fitness editor, joined in 2022 after working as a commissioning editor for titles across Future Publishing's portfolio, including Space, Live Science, and Tom's Guide. Originally a print journalist at a national newspaper, she's an avid runner, yogi, and Pilates enthusiast who enjoys both meditative stretching sessions and sweaty dumbbell workouts.
- Lou, a fitness writer, joined the team in 2022 after working as a health writer across Future Publishing's portfolio. Her early medical diagnoses sparked an interest in the gut-brain axis and the impact of diet and exercise on both physical and mental health. Good sleep practice, meditation, and journaling have been crucial tools for her in her health journey.
