Summer is set to return to Ingolstadt with the return of the SOMMER LOUNGE on the rooftop of Kavalier Dalwigk. From July 25 to August 31, 2025, visitors can expect a summer paradise filled with lively beats, unique drinks, and delicious food.
The SOMMER LOUNGE will offer a variety of food options, including fresh sandwiches, hearty cheese platters, sweet pastries, and seasonal snacks. Regional partnerships with Huber butcher, cheese baron, and Kuttenreich bakery ensure high-quality, local produce. Cocktails, selected wines from Weinschmecker, various beers including Herrnbräu, non-alcoholic refreshments, and coffee specialties will also be available.
For those seeking a refreshing drink, the SOMMER LOUNGE will serve the Canonita Spritz, an orange-fresh aperitif from Mallorca, and the Andalo Spritz, which boasts a fine sea buckthorn aroma. The Sarti Spritz, with its Italian zest for life, is another popular choice.
The rooftop terrace will be transformed into a tropical haven, complete with sun loungers, palm trees, olive trees, wooden huts, beach baskets, a small pool, and attention to detail.
The SOMMER LOUNGE is not just a place to eat and drink, but a destination where visitors instantly feel like they're on vacation. Special events and themed nights will add to the summer vibe.
On July 25, the first 100 guests will receive a complimentary Canonita Spritz. The following day, DJ Sonic will perform accompanied by a mobile Canonita bar. Miami 80s Night with DJ Den and free aperitifs for the first 100 guests will take place on July 26.
Throughout the season, weekly dance workshops by Studio Polanc will be held on Thursdays, starting with instructors from the popular TV show "Let's Dance". On Fridays and Saturdays, local DJs will provide music for the sunset.
Highlights of the 2025 schedule include Linedance sessions, Mexican Night with Latin style dances, a Bachata night, and an Italian Night closing event. Keep an eye out for these key upcoming events:
