Groundbreaking Asymmetrical Superyacht from Sanlorenzo Bucks Traditional Design, Validating Its Innovation

The Sanlorenzo SL110A superyacht, a new addition to Sanlorenzo's six-strong line, is turning heads in the world of yachting with its unique asymmetric design. This architectural marvel, designed in collaboration with Zuccon International Project for the exterior and Lissoni & Partners for the interior, offers a fresh take on the standard superyacht layout.

The SL110A boasts a planing GRP hull that enables a top speed of up to 26-27 knots, thanks to its twin MTU engines (standard 2,434 hp or optional 2,637 hp). With a cruising range of around 1,250 nautical miles at 10 knots, this superyacht combines performance with luxury.

One of the SL110A's most striking features is its asymmetric design, which increases interior volume to around 231-235 GT. This extra space translates into more spacious accommodations, including an expansive, light-filled full-beam owner’s cabin with 270-degree views and direct private access to a foredeck Jacuzzi and entertainment area with sunpads and seating. The yacht accommodates 10 guests in five generous cabins.

The interior, designed by Piero Lissoni, focuses on connecting owners and guests to the sea by eliminating boundaries between indoors and out. The flybridge and main deck outdoor lounge have no fixed configurations, allowing for maximum flexibility and enjoyment of the yacht's outdoor spaces.

The SL110A's exterior design is characterised by its minimalist yet elegant retreat at the bow, featuring integrated sofas and a swimming pool. The stern sports a transparent gunwale that connects the cockpit to the ocean and a pivoting beach platform.

The SL110A's next-generation transom houses a garage capable of accommodating a tender and Jetski. The transom also features hidden folding stairs that convert it into an expansive bathing platform with seamless access to the cockpit.

The interior presents a sophisticated architectural style with dark wood paneling, herringbone floors, resin-coffered ceilings, Calacatta marble bathrooms in the owner's suite, and panoramic glazing that floods the spaces with natural light.

The SL110A will make its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival this September. Photos of the superyacht are available for viewing online. This innovative vessel stands out through its asymmetric, widebody concept that enhances onboard living space and sea connectivity, along with luxurious amenities and impressive performance for a 33.5m superyacht.

The SL110A offers a unique home-and-garden lifestyle, with its interior design connecting owners and guests to the sea by eliminating boundaries between indoors and out. The expansive, light-filled full-beam owner’s cabin, directly accessing a foredeck Jacuzzi and entertainment area, provides a comfortable home ambiance.

The lifestyle onboard the SL110A also boasts a luxurious home-and-garden feel, as seen in the sophisticated architectural style with dark wood paneling, herringbone floors, and Calacatta marble bathrooms. Outdoors, the pool and sunpads, along with the pivoting beach platform and cockpit, create a garden space that seamlessly connects to the ocean.
