Fresh additions to the Offenbach Carneval Union
The Offenbach Carnival Club (OKV) has announced several new honorary members in preparation for the upcoming town hall storm on February 15, 2025. This annual event, free for all carnival fans, follows the traditional town hall storm and promises to be a real carnival success story.
Silke Seeger, granddaughter of Alfred Seeger, who served as Landesverweser of Lederania in Offenbach from 1954 to 1999, has been appointed to the honorary council of the Offenbach Carnival Club (OKV). Seeger's appointment is a testament to the club's commitment to preserving Offenbach's rich carnival history.
Anja Kofahl, chairwoman of the Offenbach cultural committee and an enthusiastic visitor of carnival events, has also been appointed to the honorary council. Kofahl's passion for the carnival tradition is evident in her dedication to promoting cultural events in the city.
Gertrud Marx, chairwoman of the Tempelsee settlers' community and honorary city councilor, has also been appointed. Marx's long-standing presence at Offenbach carnival events is a testament to her commitment to the tradition.
Kim-Sarah Speer, a member of the state parliament, has also been appointed to the honorary council for her support of carnival traditions. Speer's involvement is a significant boost for the Offenbach Carnival Club.
Lukas Kreher, former Leder Baron from Obertshausen, has also been appointed to the honorary council for his commitment to strengthening the friendship between the Offenbach and Obertshausen carnivalists.
