Get ready for an exciting weekend in the picturesque town of Isny, as the annual Children's and Homecoming Festival is set to take place from Friday, July 11th, to Monday, July 14th.

The organisers of this year's festival, Florian Pfisterer and Maximilian Petzel, have been working tirelessly to ensure a memorable event for all. With a focus on the future, they have planned a variety of activities that cater to all ages and interests.

The festivities will kick off on Friday evening at the Kurhaus, where the theatre group of the local gymnasium will perform at the opening ceremony. Beer tapping on the festival grounds will follow at 7:30 p.m., signalling the official start of the celebrations.

On Saturday, a football tournament for primary school students will take place at 10 a.m., while a Ladies' Afternoon will be held in the wine tent and the Gentlemen's Afternoon in the Party Heaven, both commencing at 2 p.m.

New additions to the festival program include the Gentlemen's Afternoon, Castle Festival makers, a clothing exchange of the 8th Council, children's olympics of the Isny Guardians, and a Dirndl and Lederhosen party in the festival tent, all scheduled for various times throughout the weekend.

Sunday will see a parade through the city centre at 2 p.m., followed by an ecumenical service in the festival tent at 10:30 a.m. and a Guild celebration (closed society) in the festival tent at 9 a.m.

The festival will conclude with the "Isny for Isny" event in the festival tent on Monday, starting at 7 p.m., and a closing ceremony at the Adolf-Walder Stadium at 6 p.m. The festival will close at its usual times: Friday and Saturday at 3 a.m., and Sunday and Monday at 2 a.m.

The organisers would like to express their gratitude to their employees, friends, and families for their support in making this year's festival possible. They are satisfied with their past work and look forward to the upcoming event.

For more detailed information about the festival, including program schedules and updates, we recommend visiting the official website or social media channels of the City of Isny or the festival itself. We hope to see you there!

The organisers, Florian Pfisterer and Maximilian Petzel, have included a Home-and-Garden theme in the festivities, with the Dirndl and Lederhosen party scheduled on various days of the festival. Additionally, the Castle Festival makers will showcase their regional lifestyle creations throughout the weekend.
