When's the Fun?
Get ready to spend a blast with the renowned local ceramic artist, Margaret Parsons, at this exciting, laid-back, and imaginative workshop creating clay pumpkins!
With Margaret's assistance and encouragement, you'll have a go at a little sketching and planning on paper before you dive into sculpting your unique design with clay. Real pumpkins will be available to spark inspiration!
Note that your masterpiece will be left to bake in the kiln, so remember to collect your creation from the visitor center around two weeks later. Margaret will discuss finishing options with you.
Gain insight into Margaret's work and strategies for working with clay by observing demonstrations of her work. Why not check out Margaret's amazing creations on her site for inspiration? This workshop is tailored towards newbies or creative souls with a passion for nature-inspired art.
