We purchase collections from across the UK, thanks to our courier service. If we're interested in your collection, we'll send you boxes to pack your records into, along with piles of bubble wrap and tape to shield your vinyl treasures while they're on the move.
We'll ship the boxes on a tracked Royal Mail service, and they'll ping you with updates to let you monitor the delivery and adjust preferences accordingly. You can catch up on how to pack your trove of records for safe transit if you need a few tips.
The Collection Date Call
Once your records are piled safe and secure, we can arrange a collection date that suits you. We're collecting from 8am to 6pm, every day, so make sure someone is around for most of the day. If it's more convenient, we can also pick up from your workplace or a friend’s place.
Alternatively, we also offer a post office drop-off service, which lets you ship your records whenever it's easiest for you.
Time for a Change of Heart?
At any moment, you're free to change your mind and back out of the sale. If you've got your records still, just send us an email or drop us a call, and we'll be none the wiser.
If the records are with us, and our offer doesn't float your boat, or if you've had a change of heart for any reason, we can arrange for your records to be sent back to you at our expense. Once they're back in your hands, we'll send you a tracking link so you can keep tabs on their journey back to your doorstep.
The Hero Paying the Bills
We aim to make things as simple for you as possible. That means we cover every expense, including the cost of shipping the boxes to your place, picking them up, and returning the records if the deal doesn't go through. So, if you decide to take the plunge and sell your collection, it's on us!

Heck, even when the boxes have been packed poorly or the offer wasn't accepted, we've never experienced any issues. Our collection receives insurance from the moment it leaves your hands, covering it throughout shipping and while it's with us.

How Long Does the Process Take?
Once we dispatch the packaging to you, it shouldn't take more than a few days to reach your doorstep. We'll arrange a collection date that suits you, and you can expect your records to be delivered to us the next day.
Most of the time, we'll give you a ring the day after with our offer, but we may need up to two to three working days for unexpected staff absences or similar. If the offer is accepted, we'll transfer the funds to your account the same day, or slightly later if the news comes in after 4 pm.
Global Records, Global Love
For most non-mainland UK enquiries, the courier service we use offers a post office drop-off service. We'll double-check this every time and inform you if we can't cater to your location. The rest of the process will run just as smoothly, but during transit, the records might take a bit longer to reach us.
Unfortunately, due to regulations, we can't purchase collections from outside the UK.
