The survey included participants aged 14 to 18 and aimed to establish changes in the interest of the region's youth in employment.

Among the popular job choices, positions such as waitstaff or baristas account for approximately 10% of active resumes, followed by packaging and assembly roles (8%), and sales and general labor positions (6% each). Interestingly, delivery work only holds the fifth spot (5%), with an equal number of young people expressing interest in roles within contact centers.

In terms of salary expectations, young people in Krasnoyarsk are anticipating a median wage of 30,000 rubles, which aligns with the typical aspirations of youth in the Siberian Federal District.

In the broader context, Krasnoyarsk's growing industrial sector, global digital transformation trends, and regional initiatives supporting public administration and social entrepreneurship are attracting youth to careers in technology, engineering, trade, public service, and education. However, the detailed labor market statistics specifically for Krasnoyarsk youth are scarce, making it challenging to provide more precise salary expectations for each sector.
