Art exploration venture Meow Wolf Grapevine introduces an innovative feature: a tavern.

Get ready for an immersive, mind-bending adventure in the Lone Star State! Meow Wolf Grapevine, the interactive art haven, is leveling up with the introduction of Prime Materia, a one-of-a-kind interdimensional bar set to debut on June 20.

Step into the twisted world of The Real Unreal and let the story unfold as you navigate an alternate reality. The new bar will weave its magic into the existing narrative at the museum.

Prime Materia, a nod to the alchemical first matter, introduces a hidden sanctuary where a secretive collective of tech and alchemy wizards, known as the Gizmo_Mancers, reside. These mavericks blend ancient alchemy with modern technology to concoct enchanting concoctions behind the bar.

The Gizmo_Mancers aren't just mixologists—they're storytellers, performers, and world-builders, explains Connor Gray, the Texas regional PR manager. Each of their potions carries a theme inspired by the characters, symbols, and systems within the museum's interactive realm. You'll find both alcoholic and non-alcoholic concoctions on the menu, such as the elderberry gin elixir, cold brew tincture, and overclocked margarita.

While sipping on your otherworldly brew, munch on light bites like pretzel nuggets and various popcorn flavors.

Find Prime Materia at The Real Unreal Meow Wolf Grapevine, located at 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Suite 253, Grapevine. The bar will be open Monday through Thursday from noon to 10 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. General admission is $40 for adults and $20 for kids.
