We covered approx. 26 miles, climbed 5,884 feet, and descended 5,917 feet. It's a tough trail, but oh boy, it's worth it!

Our Epic Route: Iceberg/Ptarmigan Trailhead -> Elizabeth Lake (Foot) -> Poia Lake -> Apikuni Trailhead

This route offers jaw-dropping views, challenging terrain, and a variety of landscapes. Here's what you can expect:

Day 1: Iceberg Lake Trail- Start at the Iceberg/Ptarmigan Trailhead.- Hike to Iceberg Lake, a 4.5-mile ascent with breathtaking views of aquamarine tarns and glaciers.- Camp at the designated sites near Iceberg Lake.

Day 2: Ptarmigan Tunnel- Continue on the Highline Trail towards Ptarmigan Tunnel, enjoying breathtaking views of the park's mountainous landscape.- Pass through the tunnel and proceed to the Ptarmigan Lake area for camping.
